We are now looking to recruit a Lead Developer to help implement exciting plans that will take the online platform to the next level. As the Lead Developer, you will play a vital role in the ongoing developments of the platform including, identifying new techniques and features to improve the user experience.

The Person & Duties:
Assist in the planning and implementation of the system architecture.
Implement new features.
Assist with frontend development.
Debug and fix complex scenarios.
Optimize the overall website (database queries, overall app response).
Ensure data is being parsed and received accurately between our company and 3rd party mailing software.
Create APIs specific to 3rd party products and revise versions in-line with the company product improvements.
Ensure front end pages are W3C compliant.
Cross browser compatibility testing.
Implement data and file backup procedures and execute at agreed times.
Identify potential security flaws and resolve.
Update server configurations and troubleshoot server problems.
CTO and Sales Director (Report to).
Development team (Debugging and data fixes).
Integration meetings with 3rd party services.
A high level of hands-on/competency/experience using programming language for PHP 5.5 FPM and Symfony 2.3 - Essential.
Good hands-on and working experience of Git, Composer, SSH, Assetic, Doctrine2 and managing MySQL databases - Essential.
A good working understanding of working in a LAMP environment
Experience working with APIs, XML - Highly beneficial.
Experience of developing online platforms - Desirable.
Recruitment sector experience beneficial but not essential.
